A bonus: point it wherever you like. It's new for us, so no promises. We share the scan count.

Presenting sponsor

The price is set by the crowd watching: from $10,000 a night for a conference reception to $40,000 for a city-wide holiday night, with less per night when a show runs several nights. Most nights run $20,000 to $25,000. Tell us who you want to reach, and we'll match you to a show and send the exact price.

Sponsorship shared

$25,000 first night

$15,000 each extra night. The first sponsor money pays your event back in full. Split everything after 50/50. Your sponsors hear about it first, from you. Pitch it yourself with our materials, or with us. After they've had their chance, we bring you new sponsors.

Sponsor sales yours

$50,000 first night

$25,000 each extra night. You keep sponsor sales and set the price.

Sell one presenting sponsor on a 20,000-person night and the show has paid for itself.

50% at signing, 50% fourteen days before the first show. Plan about 90 days from signing to show; 120 for downtown, the bay and sites near an airport.

Find your venue and position the pin. We'll check current FAA airspace and flight-restriction data.

This is a first look, not permission to fly. Current restrictions are not a forecast for your event date.

Street-address lookup uses the US Census Geocoder. For a park or venue without an address, use the map.

About this check

This is a first look, not a flight clearance. It does not cover altitudes and times inside a restriction, part-time special-use airspace activation, NOTAMs other than TFRs, local or state drone ordinances, or permission from whoever owns the ground. AURA must confirm the flight area, site permissions, and required FAA approvals before any show.

How much lead time does airspace need?

Plan about 90 days from signing to show. Allow about 120 days for downtown, the bay, or sites near an airport. We check the FAA map for your site before confirming a date.

What happens if weather stops the show?

We plan a backup date. If the show cannot fly on either date, the agreement sets out the refund for that night.

What if we do not sell a sponsor?

Your event still gets the show at your commitment cost. On the Share it structure, one presenting sponsor on a night with 15,000 or more people at show time pays back the first night's $25,000 commitment.

Who handles flight permissions and insurance?

AURA flies under FAA authorization with its own crew and liability insurance. Site-specific approvals must be confirmed before the show is booked.

How many people will share the show?

We do not promise a number. After the show, we share the QR scan count we can see.

Tell us who you want to reach, or which nights you have in mind. Sammy will match you to the right show and send the numbers.
